Insured accident

Death or injury of the Insured as a result of an accident, which happened to the Insured at work when the injured was performing his work duties, a task assigned by the administration of the enterprise, and also when going to work or back from work using a vehicle provided by the enterprise, or as a result of an industrial disease obtained because of specific terms of work, and usually because of the duration of work of the employees at the enterprise without violations made by administration.
Death or injury of the Insured as a result of an accident, which happened to the Insured within the territory of the educational institution when going to the classes or back;
Death or injury of the Insured as a result of an accident, which happened to the Insured while he/she was abroad;
Death or injury of the Insured as a result of accident, which happened to the Insured while he/she was in a vehicle;
Death or injury of an Insured foreign citizen, which happened while the citizen was within the territory of the Republic of Tajikistan .

In case insured accident happens, the Insured has to inform the Insurer immediately and also if possible take reasonable and available in the current circumstances measures to minimize possible damage. At the same time the Insured has to follow the Insurer's instructions undeviatingly.
